Our Story

Our Story

El Shaddai Christian Fellowship of Calgary was established by a group of devoted Christians seeking to create a welcoming spiritual home in Calgary, Alberta. The name "El Shaddai" - meaning "God Almighty" in Hebrew - reflects our deep conviction that God is all-sufficient, providing strength, comfort, and purpose to every member of our community. From humble beginnings as a small prayer group, the fellowship has grown into a vibrant congregation that embraces people from all walks of life. Our journey has been marked by unwavering faith, heartfelt worship, and a shared commitment to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ in our daily lives.
